For each assignment, Just Deliver IT will bring together a top team, having the skills, knowledge and competencies ready to address your challenge.
Just Deliver IT can do this because Pascal and Johan have been doing this for their entire career, they have built over the years a vast network of delivery professionals in financial services. These delivery professionals are people that are not interested in corporate careers, not planning their next promotion, but people who thrive by getting a difficult job done, who want to prove themselves on each and every project.
All of them have worked together in some shape or form in the past 20 years,
many of them on multiple international projects for multiple customers.

Our team members acted on various positions in the financial industry, for example as an IT employee of a bank, as a consultant hired by the bank and as a software vendor selling and delivering to the bank. This unique combination of experiences enables our team members to adapt to circumstances and to understand the forces in sales, delivery and change projects and to anticipate on this.
We first listen to understand the challenge, before proposing approaches / alternatives. By doing so, the approach is tailored to your needs.
In many cases, the project is not fully defined yet when we start, or our (to be) sponsor feels that something needs to be fixed, but he can not exactly define the cause. If that is the case, we usually start with a quick scan of 1-2 months in which we achieve a common starting point of the situation.
Based on the results of that quick scan, we will jointly determine the next steps.
And it is entirely possible that these next steps don’t involve Just Deliver IT, as we only take on projects where we can really add value.
When we engage with you, we like take full commitment on your projects. If needed, we will honestly tell you if we have the opinion that your business case is negative or your approach should change. We work together with independent professionals, who are fully committed, open, direct and to the point. We dare to challenge you.
For the realization of these projects, we make a combination of agile and waterfall approaches. Our approach is pragmatic , with a strong focus on results, process and planning. We analyze problems quickly and come up with practical solutions. We understand cultural differences and dare to challenge and stretch our environment to make that extra mile to reach the ambitious goals.

We are experienced in translating a strategy into solutions and concrete projects. We have worked in (distributed) multi-cultural teams for over 15 years, which has given us a good understanding of the different required leadership styles and how to get the best out of these teams to realize the desired changes.
With our 20+ years of international background as a delivery and change managers, we have faced numerous challenges during our assignments, but with empathy, flexibility and perseverance, we always delivered!

I have been working in the financial sector since 2006. By that time, I came to know Pascal. As my line manager in a consulting firm, he had a profound impact on my rapid growth as business consultant. Some 10 years later our roads crossed again, at the Dutch branch of a large Belgian retail bank. I became part of the Change team that which was led by Pascal, in his role as Program Manager. I was impressed by the way he had composed a multidisciplinary core team that worked together in a great atmosphere, while all members were fully focused on and committed to the program goals. Pascal’s highly developed stakeholder management skills were very beneficial in keeping the program aligned with its stakeholders. It was no surprise to me that our team was able to deliver multiple major strategic change projects in time and with high quality. In my role as PMO at that time, I worked closely together with Pascal. We naturally acted as a team, knowing and utilizing each other’s strengths. Over 20 years ago, I had the opportunity to work with Pascal at a Dutch tier-1 bank. My task was to build a test environment for research and development, while Pascal was responsible for a broad program, realizing the disaster recovery environment for within 6 months. The inspiring collaboration we had back then has stayed with me, and last year, we reconnected and continued our partnership. During this time, I got to know the positive atmosphere at Just Deliver IT. During the past 20 years, I had the opportunity to work with Pascal and/or Johan on several occasions, in different roles. When we were setting up a challenger bank in Belgium, I embarked on the project when implementation was being prepared and shaped. In my role as lead of the core banking implementation, I worked closely with Johan. The focus on delivery within time and budget and especially on value was very strong and well supported by each of the parties in the delivery ecosystem. Working with all experienced people ensured the right things were done, the right decisions were taken, quality was delivered in all aspects of the project.
A few years later, I joined Pascal in the project of digital transformation after vision and strategy had been shaped and headed a part of the MVP track focusing on data migration and legacy integration (as this was not a green field project). We worked side by side for over a year on this assignment, together with the rest of the project team of experienced people, making sure the complex scope of this project landed within projected time. The challenges we met during the delivery were handled with experienced efficiency, ensuring no concessions needed to be made.
Due to the already existing track record of the project teams in both cases, of previous projects and especially previous joint collaboration, each time the team reached very quickly a level of effective and efficient delivery, with the right focus and with a high degree of professionality. But even more important, a strong and supporting context arose, with mutual understanding, openness, helping each other out, sharing thoughts and worries, with a joint goal of delivering value for our customer, and doing this in a way that it was also fun together, even during the hardest hours. Each mission has its ups and downs, but the teams we shaped were always on the up side!
